BioloMICS
BioloMICS is certainly the most complete software solution for the storage, the
analysis and the publication of biological data. Virtually any types of data can
be properly archived in BioloMICS databases, ranging from morphological, physiological,
biochemical, chemical, chromatographical, electrophoretical, DNA, RNA or protein
sequences to bibliographical, taxonomical, geographical or administrative data.
Both for storage and data analyses, BioloMICS is the software of choice for any
research or industrial labs, museums and culture collections.

BioArchitech
BioArchitech for the design of microarrays. If you want to create your own microarrays
from microplates containing clones using any arrays, use BioArchitech. Define the
layout of the array. Know where the clones will be spotted. BioArchitech can create
maps of user-defined microarrays. Even the most complex printing configurations can be foreseen
by the advanced algorithms embedded in the software. Results can be exported in different
formats and can be used by microarray automated readers
and by the most common analysis software such as GenePix for example.

BioGalaxy
BioGalaxy offers a low cost user-friendly interface to analyze pictures obtained
from electrophoresis analyzes. It automatically retrieves the bands and assigns
molecular weights. Molecular weights profiles can be further compared using agglomerative
or divisive clustering methods. Identifications against large databases are easy
and constitute a powerful tool for researchers. Our new and flexible technology
allows for the remote comparison of results obtained from different analyzes without
having to (re-)align or standardize the gels obtained from different experiments.

BioAware Makes MycoBank !
BioAware was selected to create MycoBank. This large database created by the Centraalbureau voor Schimmelcultures (The Netherlands) and CABI Bioscience (UK) is now managed by the BioloMICS software. It serves as a scientific
repository used by the fungal community to store species names and associated data.
Short News & Future
- BioloMICS Pro version to be released in 2008 will be accessing MySQL
and Oracle databases directly.
- BioloMICS Pro version Software will be made compatible with GRID computers
for very large datasets analyzes. A collaboration with CETIC and BeeComputing.
- INBEV, the largest brewer in the world to use BioloMICS for its microbial
databases and analyzes.
