Question:
Can individual data fields in the database be locked so that only certain people can edit them?

Response:
Yes. In BioloMICS, different levels of access rights can be established. Up to 30 different groups can coexist within a single database and each group has some rights to read, write and/or delete Tables, Fields and Records with tables. Users can belong to one or several groups and will inherit the right of the groups. So practically, some user will see some tables, others not, some will only see a few fields, others more and some will see all records while others won’t see most of them. All the rights are managed by the administrators of the database. Several databases can be created
