Contact us - Ticketing system

 
For any question, support or reporting an issue, please submit a support ticket by following the steps below:
 
  •  Go to the BioAware website and click in the menu Support   (or go directly to: https://www.bio-aware.com/BioloMICSSupport.aspx)
     
  • Click on the button New Ticket
     
  • Login with your email and password.
  • For the first time, the password may be incorrect, therefore click once on the text  Forgot Password?
  • If your email is not know then click on  Register  at the top right.
     
    An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
     
  • Once logged in, click on the button New Ticket
     
  • Select the right Category and SubCategory.
                  
     
  • When your message should be seen by you only then check the box Private.
     
  • Enter the message, and add an attachment (optional).
  • When  finished, click on the button Save Changes
     
  • An email will be sent to us, and we take care of your message and reply to you as soon as possible.
