Display records (pages)
To display a selection of records, a number of options are provided.
By default, the software is displaying all the records available and viewable by the current user (depending on the reading privileges).
However, depending on the display options (see Options and settings), the maximum number of records displayed at the same time can be set (but will never exceed 1000).
The reason for this is loading efficiency and speed.
Therefore a paging system has been implemented where one can view records by sets of 1000 records (or less) and move page by page, go to the first or the last page or choose the page where to go to.
The total number of records found after a preformed query can be viewed in the statusbar.
