Define ROI (step 2)

  • Click Define region, to define the region of interest (ROI), i.e. the area to be analyzed.
     
     
  • Resize the yellow box till it contains only the part of the gel to be analyzed.
  • Note that all 4 corners can move independently for the best fit.
     
     
  • Click Apply, to go to the next step.
