Filter table list by rights per group

 
Only administrators and super-administrators can open the table settings.
 
There are 4 ways to filter the table list based on the rights for selected user groups.
 
 
  • To filter the table list, click on File to go to the backstage section, select Database and click Edit tables of the current database.
     
  • Click on the arrow on the button Filter, and select one of the possible options:
     
  • Groups that can/cannot read tables.
     
  • Groups that can/cannot write tables.
     
  • Groups that can/cannot delete in tables.
     
  • Groups that can/cannot change header tables.
     
  • Check the group(s) that need to have the selected rights and click OK.


     
  • Select the (wanted) tables to add or remove rights in batch.
     
  • To see the full list again, open the window of point 3 again and check all groups.

    It is also possible to click on the Reload button. Decide if the changes made in the table settings should be saved or not.
