The reference bands are now colored according to their molecular weights.

Check if the reference bands of one color are having equal molecular weights (approximately). If this is not the case, then drag and drop the colored parts in the lanes up and down. When a band is missing or an unwanted band is visible, go back to step 4 Band detection and modify the bands.
