Step 1: load or paste the source data

Multiple data formats can be imported into the BioloMICS database:

Paste tabular data Tab-delimited data from clipboard will be visible in the grid.

Paste Fasta data Fasta data from clipboard will be visible in the grid.

Open tabulated file Opens the browser to select a tabulated file from an external location.

Open CSV file Opens the browser to select a CSV file from an external location.
NB. UTF8 encoded text files are accepted

Open Fasta file Opens the browser to select a Fasta file from an external location.
Note that the first row is considered to be the header, to uncheck this, click More options and uncheck First row is header in tab delimited data.
At this step, data can still be changed by double clicking on the cell.

Click Next to go to the next step.
