T - Specific features

To open the advanced options of a T field, click on File to go to the backstage section, in Database, click Edit fields.

Select the right table and double click on the T field.

Go to step 2 of the wizard and click on the Advanced options button.
For multiple states fields such as A, C, M, T and fields, the number of states must be defined and they have to be labeled.States have a meaning that is provided in the Meaning column. If unused, keep the Name cleared.A default value can be proposed for the field and will automatically be inserted when creating a new record (default value is ?).
4. Click Suggest mixed field names to automatically fill the mixed states.
5. Click OK to save the settings.
